Procedure

In an initial discussion with the client, the course of the project is jointly agreed upon right up to completion. In this regard, it is of crucial importance to clearly describe and delimit the system to be tested and the task to be performed, and to define the relevant requirements of the standard. As soon as the first documents are available, the assessment is conducted, with ongoing project supervision if desired. After the last successful inspection procedure, an expert opinion or inspection report is created. Interim reports are done after every step of the assessment. In principle, all our conformity assessments take place ‘clause by clause’ and the client will receive full documentation on how each requirement of the standard was completed and assessed. This is very helpful in subsequent inspections because it can be reused to a large extent, and the effort for the development team and the inspection team is greatly reduced.
